OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of states that prohibit or require registration for sweepstakes with prizes above applicable thresholds may be ineligible. It is your responsibility to verify that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. No Purchase Necessary — Free Method of Entry

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A free method of entry is available via the "FREE ENTRY" button — one (1) free entry per pot per round. Free entries and paid entries carry equal weight in the drawing: each individual entry has an equal chance of being selected.

However, purchasing additional entries increases the total number of entries associated with your account and therefore increases your statistical likelihood of winning relative to participants with fewer entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received in each drawing.

3. Promotion Period

GoldPot operates as an ongoing sweepstakes. Each individual drawing ("round") begins when the previous round ends and continues until either (a) the pot reaches its draw threshold or (b) the countdown timer for that pot expires, whichever occurs first. The Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

4. How to Enter

Standard Pots (Mini, Gold, Mega):

Free Entry: One (1) free entry per pot per round, no purchase required.
Premium Entry: Play the Deep Gold mini-game. Base price is $1.00 per entry. Bundle discounts are available: 5x for $4 (20% off), 10x for $7 (30% off), 25x for $15 (40% off), 50x for $25 (50% off), 100x for $40 (60% off).
Bonus Entries: Additional entries may be earned at no cost via daily login bonus, spin wheel, ad viewing, referrals, session time rewards, and mission/milestone completion.

Jackpot Drawings (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond):

Entry price varies by tier: Silver $2/entry, Gold $3/entry, Platinum & Diamond $5/entry.
Jackpots draw when the pot reaches its threshold or when the timer expires.

Flash Pots:

Short-duration drawings (5 minutes). $0.50 per entry or free entries may be available.

Additional Entry Methods:

Mystery Box: Bronze ($3), Silver ($5), or Gold ($10) — awards a random number of entries based on rarity tier (Common, Rare, or Legendary).
Lightning Deal: Time-limited discounted entry bundles (30–70% off, 90-second window).

All-In Pack: 5 entries to each of the 3 standard pots (15 total) for $5.
Double Down: After a purchase, option to double your entries for 50% of the original price.
Power Surge: $2.99 — activates a 2x multiplier on your next purchase for 1 hour.
Mega Multiplier: $4.99 — activates a 5x multiplier for 30 minutes.
Streak Saver: $1.99 — protects your login streak from resetting.

5. VIP Pass

Optional VIP subscription: Weekly ($4.99/week) or Monthly ($14.99/month). VIP benefits include increased daily bonus multiplier, higher daily ad-entry limits, automatic streak shield, and VIP badge. VIP status does not change the odds per entry — it provides convenience and bonus entry opportunities.

6. Drawing & Winner Selection

Winners are selected by cryptographically secure random drawing (Node.js crypto.randomInt) from all eligible entries in the applicable pot or jackpot. Each entry carries equal weight regardless of how it was obtained (free, premium, bonus, referral, etc.).

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of entries received for each drawing. Your odds equal (your entries) ÷ (total entries in that pot). Odds cannot be determined in advance because total entries vary per round.

8. Prizes

Mini Pot: Draws when pot reaches $25. Prize = pot value after 18% operational fee.
Gold Pot: Draws when pot reaches $100. Prize = pot value after 18% operational fee.
Mega Pot: Draws when pot reaches $500. Prize = pot value after 18% operational fee.
Jackpots: Silver up to $1,000 · Gold up to $10,000 · Platinum up to $50,000 · Diamond up to $250,000. If a jackpot timer expires before the threshold is reached, the actual pot value is awarded.
Flash Pot: Prize equals the total pot value at expiry, after operational fee.

An 18% operational fee is deducted from all pots to fund platform operations, prize fulfillment, and maintenance. Prizes over $600 are subject to IRS reporting (Form 1099). Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. Winner Notification & Prize Claims

Winners are notified via the platform interface. Winners must provide valid government-issued identification and tax information (W-9/W-8BEN) to claim prizes exceeding $600. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes or any drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control compromises the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Participants agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
