By accessing or using GoldPot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Official Rules and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a U.S. state or territory where sweepstakes participation is permitted. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. GoldPot reserves the right to verify eligibility and request proof of age and residency.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@goldpot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
All purchases of entries, VIP passes, and premium features are final and non-refundable. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and include an 18% operational fee that funds platform maintenance, prize fulfillment infrastructure, and operations. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. GoldPot does not store your full payment credentials.
Entries obtained through any method (free, paid, bonus, referral) are valid only for the specific pot or drawing in which they are placed. Entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Entries reset at the end of each drawing round. Game scores from the Deep Gold mini-game may award bonus entries as described in the Official Rules.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all entries and prizes, and potential legal action:
Winners must claim prizes within thirty (30) days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited. Winners of prizes exceeding $600 must provide a valid government-issued ID and completed W-9 (or W-8BEN for non-residents where applicable) before prize disbursement. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.
All content on GoldPot — including the Deep Gold game, graphics, sounds, and software — is the property of GoldPot Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
GoldPot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldPot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GoldPot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldPot Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Small claims court actions are permitted.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the platform with the updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or the Official Rules. Upon termination, all entries are forfeited. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
